Hi!
I'm Beatriz Mallén
Anthropologist and specialist in inclusive leadership.
Passionate about cultures and communication, I speak 5 languages: Catalan, Spanish, English, Norwegian, and French.
I have been leading humanitarian programmes for 10 years in conflict-affected and high-stress contexts, such as Syria, Pakistan, South Sudan, and Venezuela, with very diverse teams, both socially, culturally, academically, and economically.
This experience has shown me that the current type of leadership needs to change: from a leadership focused solely on results to a more humane, inclusive, and intercultural leadership.
I have learned that there are three fundamental characteristics to be a good leader: resilience, adaptability, and, above all, empathy.
With my work, I support companies, NGOs, and women leaders on their journey towards a more positive and sustainable impact.
