Leadership mentoring
With a holistic focus on personal and professional development, these sessions help women leaders and other underrepresented groups reach their full potential and lead with confidence and authenticity.
Mentoring sessions for
women leaders and underrepresented groups
Recognising the unique challenges that women leaders and other underrepresented groups face, these sessions, both individual and group, focus on providing a safe and supportive space to address obstacles that may arise in their professional development, such as:
-
Imposter syndrome: Individuals constantly doubt their abilities and attribute their success to external factors, feeling like they don't deserve their accomplishments.
-
Glass ceiling: An invisible barrier that limits the career advancement of women and underrepresented groups due to discrimination and unconscious bias that prevent them from reaching leadership positions.
-
Sticky floor: Individuals get stuck in entry-level positions with limited growth opportunities due to a lack of development opportunities and the frequent assignment to lower-level roles.
-
Broken ladder: Lack of support and networking opportunities hinder the career advancement of women and underrepresented groups, who are excluded from contact networks and key opportunities to progress in their careers.
-
Glass cliff: Women are more likely to be placed in leadership roles during times of crisis, where the risk of failure is higher.
-
Work-life balance: Women, especially mothers, struggle to balance work and family responsibilities due to a lack of supportive policies and the disproportionate burden of household chores and childcare.
My goal is to help women leaders and other underrepresented groups overcome these barriers and cultivate greater confidence in their abilities and achievements .
