This privacy policy is adapted to the current Spanish and European regulations on the protection of personal data on the internet. Specifically, it complies with the following rules:

II. DATA COLLECTED

The types of personal data I collect and process from Users on the Website and Applications are as follows: IP address, Cookies, and similar. The IP address is a code that identifies the User's internet connection at a specific time, and Cookies are files that are downloaded to the User's browser and can be read later by the website. The collected data will be the identifying information necessary to be able to send the product or provide the service.

The collected data will be the identifying information necessary to be able to send you the content to which you have subscribed.

Subscription to events and similar activities

The collected data will be the identifying information necessary to manage your participation, such as your name, surname, email address, company, position, and professional contact details. Additionally, these events may be broadcast live in full, photographed, and/or recorded, therefore, in these cases, your image may be published on the company's internal and external communication channels as well as in the online environment (website, social networks, digital platforms, etc.), for the sole purpose of informing about the activity developed by the company. By registering for the event, you will be informed and accept the above.

III. PURPOSE

The personal data of Users will be collected and processed for the purpose of managing the relationship with the provision of the service and/or receiving newsletters, as a point of the company, to manage the use of the website and, where applicable law allows, for the recurring sending of information or events for dissemination and education in the field of professional activities promoted by Eúnoia Leadership. Likewise, your personal data will be collected and processed to respond to inquiries or questions that may be submitted through the Website or Applications.

IV. LEGITIMACY AND RETENTION

The legitimacy for the processing of the IP address is the necessity to enable the connection to the website through the Internet, being the legitimate interest of the company to maintain the existing relationship with the User as well as sending information and company activities. In the case of subscription to my publications and/or events, as well as the request by Users for information or certain services, the legitimacy will be the User's own consent. Therefore, the company will collect and process your data while the relationship remains valid and, if applicable, the User does not revoke the consent given for the processing of their data. In any case, when personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, and as long as there are legal or contractual responsibilities that require their retention, they will be kept blocked until their definitive cancellation is carried out. In the event that data are processed for the purpose of sending communications, they may be retained as long as the User does not object to receiving these communications through any of the means made available to them.

V. COMMUNICATION

The company will not disclose these data to third parties, except when strictly necessary to manage and maintain the relationship with the company or with prior authorization from you. These communications could involve an international transfer of data for which the company will sign the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, adopting all applicable guarantees in accordance with regulations to ensure a level of protection in line with applicable Data Protection regulations. Also, your data will not be subject to automated decisions. In the case of registration for company events organiSed with third parties, your data may be shared with them for the organiSation and management of the events.

VI. RIGHTS

In the event that Users provide personal data of third parties, the User guarantees that they have informed them in advance of their inclusion, of the details contained in this Privacy Policy, personally assuming responsibility to the company for any damages and losses that may arise in case of breach. The user undertakes to notify any change or modification of the personal data provided. Any loss or damage caused to the Website or the Applications, to the company, or to any third party through the communication of erroneous, inaccurate, or incomplete information will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user.
